To help improve the producing capability in the new media and other emerging technological industries, to master the key advanced technologies, high-profile innovators and entrepreneurs who are expected to have a major impact on the future industrial development can be awarded grants from the Government Talent Fund.
1. one-time grant of 500,000 yuan RMB housing subsidy or provide an apartment of no less than 90 square meters;
2. one-time grant of no less than 1 million RMB for start- ups, and provide work places of no less than 100 square meters for free within three years;
