August 23，2012，Innovation Strategic Alliance Forum was hold in Foshan National Hi-tect Zone Torch Innovation Park. Administration of Science &Technology researcher Xuan Jia, section Chief Zhijun Lai, Zhangcha government officials Hua Lai and so on took part in this event.

The purpose of this forum is aiding to resource sharing, mutual benefit, healthy competition, the formation of the “Incubator Accelerator”.
