At present, there is a huge gap between the large number of talents E-Commerce enterprises need and the actual recruitment, especially the talents who have good skills and experiences in E-Commerce operation. Most of the recruitment is done through Internet, however, talent exchange among enterprises becomes quite popular.

In the final Q&A session, 4 managers from different companies shared their experiences over how to choose, cultivate, appoint and retain employees. All of them unanimously approved of those who agree with corporate values, work independently with great passion and learn fast.

Foshan New Media Park, the co-organizer of this event, will offer more E-Commerce forums and valuable services in the following days to incubate a group of outstanding E-Commerce enterprises.
