June 26, Panel discussion of National Incubator was conducted in Science Museum of Foshan New Media Park. Advisory Panel agreed Foshan New Media Park should become a national incubator, which was one giant leap.
At 9:00 AM, 5 panel members, including senior officers from government and scholars, such as Mr. Huang Pan (Section Chief from Guangdong Provincial Department of Science and Technology), Ms. Liu Changhong (from Guangdong Institute of Science & Technical Information), and Mr. Zhou Huaifeng (a professor from South China Normal University), came to judge whether Foshan New Media Park should become a national incubator. Mr. Li Xinliang, Chairman of the park, also attended the meeting and gave a presentation, answering all the questions from the panel.
 Panel members watched the display of Cloud Promotion System 5.0 in Foshan New Media Technology Company.
After a visit to the business incubator, project managers gave detailed reports on the incubator to the panel in Science Museum. The panel members listened to the reports carefully and then discussed. Advisory Panel agreed unanimously that Foshan New Media Park should become a national incubator, because of the clear development orientation, advanced management system and creative technology and service platforms.
