The show, hosted by Foshan New Media Park and Ceramic Town Weekly, undertaken by Sky Culture Planning Co., Ltd, could not be such a big success without the support from Chancheng District Management Committee of Foshan High-tech Zone, Zhangcha Sub-district Office, Italian Trade Commission(ICE),the Association of Italian Manufacturers of Machinery and Equipment for Ceramics (ACIMAC), International Commission for Color in Fashion and Textiles, China Fashion & Color Association(CFCA), World Chinese Art Education Association, China Ceramics Industrial Association, three Art Associations from Europe and, of course, New Media Park, which combined art promotion perfectly with cultural industry influence.
About the Artists:
Roberto Cipllone, a famous metal sculptor who comes from a long line of Italian fine craftsmen, is expert at using waste like wood, iron, stone, and cloth to reproduce the charm of material art. So far, he has held many exhibitions and cultural exchange activities in Italy, Germany etc, and his works have been collected by a number of companies and collectors.
Christiane Pott-Schlager, from Austria, is well-known as metal sculptor, painter and interior designer. Her works had been exhibited in plenty of countries, say, Sweden, Italy. She conducted academic exchanges several times in China, which deeply influenced Chinese art lovers.
